RPR is a fabricator for Shuert™ Industries, which allows us to offer the innovative Shuert UniPak System. The Uni-Pak Is a twin-sheet thermoformed plastic pallet and top with a heavy-duty trip-wall plastic corrugated sleeve. Pallets and tops are designed for ten-year service lives and sleeves can be re-used over 100 times.
The Uni-Pak system often pays for itself within six months, saving customers thousands of dollars annually in container, storage and shipping costs (sleeves extend to the floor for unmatched top-to-bottom compression strength, allowing the Uni-Pak to be stacked four or more high). The unit’s patented slide-lock eliminates expensive and time-consuming banding and stretch wrap systems. Pallets and tops are nestable and sleeves collapse, for more efficient warehouse use and lower return freight costs. The Uni-Pak’s drop doors and split sleeve construction permit easy access to products.
