Having optimized and installed your returnable packaging system, we continue to support your investment with turnkey repair and refurbishment services (we can also repair and refurbish legacy packaging systems). We have substantial experience in reusable bulk container repairs, dunnage repairs and rack repairs, for a more cost-effective alternative to unit replacement and a better return on your packaging investment.

In most cases, we can repair and refurbish damaged parts for one-third of the cost of buying new replacement parts. Our repair specialists evaluate your reusable packaging on an individual container basis, with various options to restore units to service. We offer plasma welding for minor rack repairs, as well as replacement of missing components, repairs for damaged bases or straightening. We also offer a cost-effective, turnkey solution for pallet cleaning and keeping steel, plastic or other returnable packaging systems clean and dirt-free.
