How long have you been in business?

We opened our doors in November 1998). We’ve grown and developed longstanding customer relationships because we have the packaging engineering experience and commitment to quality and service.

How long do RPR returnable packaging systems last?

We specify the products in our systems to last the length of your program, about five to seven years. We know how to spec for durability in customized systems.

What happens to damaged containers?

We replace or refurbish containers damaged by improper handling, replacing damaged components before returning containers to service.

Do you clean containers?

We can clean your returnable packaging units every time they cycle through the system or according to a schedule. RPR’s self-enclosed washing system cleans, rinses and dries vacuum-formed trays, pallets, bulk contains and hand-held totes.

How does RPR select materials to protect my products?

We evaluate component vulnerabilities during our evaluation of your parts, supply chain and material handling requirements. We choose the materials and returnable packaging tech that gives you the best, most cost-effective protection.

How do I know you’ll place my company’s interests ahead of your suppliers’?

As engineers, we solve problems and document our recommendations and results. Our only allegiance is to our customers’ needs and our technology suppliers support this.

Aren’t all textile converters the same?

No. We’re the Southeastern U.S. fabricator for a leading fabric dunnage OEM because we think they set the standard for protection. We offer this resource to ensure that you purchase fewer containers and save money freight, storage and handling.
